My Online Therapy uses Yahoo Messenger to conduct live chat sessions. The software can be downloaded at the Yahoo Messenger site. My Online Therapy recommends that you use the Custom Install option during the installation so that you can choose which elements are, or more importantly, are not installed with Yahoo Messenger. We also recommended that you stop and review the Privacy Policy when downloading Yahoo Messenger. Intall Yahoo Messenger and set up an account. Be sure to remember your Yahoo! ID and password for your own use. An Online Therapy counselor will contact you via email and will need to know your Yahoo! ID in order to meet you online for your chat therapy appointment.

At no time will any employee of My Online Therapy request your password for your account.
